With a secure and fully flexible floorplate, the UK Battle Factory Concept can be tailored to meet any MoD manufacturing requirement and can rapidly pivot to meet emerging priorities

A fully flexible 3D Printer farm that can provide a mixture of affordable mass-production with up to 1000 3D printers, complemented by smaller numbers of higher-end and niche printers, including large-scale and specialist metal printers.

Affordable mass-production capacity provided by multiple flatbed CNC/laser cutters, complemented by large-scale CNC routers and other cutting technologies.

Rapid carbon and glass fibre production using wet layup and prepreg in 3D printed molds, or laser cut fibre sheets.

Reverse engineering and in-house production and assembly of bespoke PCBs and other components, ensuring supply-chain and operational security.

In-house design and modification services to rapidly reverse-engineer or bespoke custom parts for production.

UK Battle Factory can discreetly and rapidly procure large quantities of materials and components from trusted sources to ensure supply-chain security and provide substantial cost-effectiveness to MoD and other customers.

UK Battle Factory can store large inventories of materials and components in discreet, dispersed storage facilities to protect vital inventory and guarantee ongoing availability during periods of increased tension.
Defence currently holds billions of pounds’ worth of spares.
Even reducing that physical inventory by just 5–15% through digital inventories and on-demand production could conservatively save £118m–£354m annually in carrying costs alone.
A more aggressive approach with sufficient manufacturing capacity could easily push savings closer to £1bn.
That’s before you even count downtime reduction, material efficiency, or sustainability wins.
UK Battle Factory can securely sustain a 'digital inventory' of blueprints for key parts with high replacement rates. These blueprints can be easily modified and upgraded, ensuring ongoing compatibility while reducing waste and logistics costs.

Units can be allocated tokens to spend in BattleStore, allowing the right equipment in the right quantity to be delivered where it is needed - fast.

Using proprietary AI technologies, UK Battle Factory can rapidly assess the complexity of any part and provide instant quotes for production and shipping. With our bespoke 3D design services, we can create or modify any parts and place them in the BattleStore for future orders.

UK Battle Factory is proud to present The Crucible concept.
Located within the UK Battle Factory footprint, The Crucible would provide a flexible and secure location to test and evaluate UxV platforms and payloads in a range of operational conditions.
The Crucible would also provide facilities to train the military end-user community, with classroom, simulator, and real-world test environments - including a large indoor arena with simulated battlefield conditions and an external target vehicle range.
The Crucible would also be licensed to undertake CUAV testing, evaluation, and training in a sterile environment to simplify regulatory compliance.
